CELA Micro Credentials

Upskill your team with our targeted professional learning micro credentials
CELA Micro Credentials are online, self-paced workshops that allow you to learn at your own pace and apply what you learn on the job straight away.
Micro credentials are workshops that build competence around core areas. CELA Micro Credentials offer a range of workshops designed to increase practical skills that can be applied immediately in your day-to-day practice. Each workshop covers one topic and is broken down into a range of short sessions.
They are designed for educators to engage in learning at their own pace.
They support a variety of learning styles and feature pre-recorded sessions, activities, resources and assessments.
Once completed, the educator will receive a digital badge of recognition from CELA that they can share with colleagues via email, and proudly add to the service QIP and their professional profile on platforms like LinkedIn.
Choose a Micro Credential that builds the skills you need for yourself or your team.
Purchase the Micro Credential for anyone who needs upskilling in your organisation (you can purchase as many as you like in one transaction).
The purchaser/credit card holder will receive a receipt via email.
A CELA representative will enrol the student in the relevant Micro Credential (note: the enrolment process will require 24 hours of processing time on weekdays. If the Micro Credential is purchased on a Friday or over the weekend, the enrolment will be completed on a Monday).
Once enrolment is completed, the student will receive an email inviting them to change their password and log in to the learning portal.
The student has one year from the date of purchase to complete the credential.

Gain an in-depth understanding of neuroscience and how the brain impacts children’s behaviour.
Build your leadership confidence and empower your team.
In this excerpt from Understanding Neuroscience to Support Children’s Behaviour, trainer Kerrie Maguire introduces the topic and shares what constitutes a behaviour of concern.
We are recognised as sector experts, which has led the NSW Government Department of Early Education Directorate to engage CELA to run many training programs over recent years.
CELA is a not for profit peak body, so booking your training with CELA benefits you and the entire sector. Any profits made on training fees are re-invested back into our advocacy efforts, membership benefits and the development of new training initiatives.
